We charge GST 4.95% on the gross amount, but after Service tax reduced by 12% to 10% so please let me know what the new gst rental car?? what is the formula for calculating gst??

60% of gross receipts is exempt from Service Tax Rates. Therefore only 40% of gross receipts liable for the tax on this amount and you charged 10.3% service Tax. Property taxes billed net @ S. 4.12% in the Gross Amount.
