Does anyone know of a company with a Cheap Car Hire is cheaper in the U.S.?

im traveling from Los Angeles to Seattle in June and want to travel drive up the Pacific Coast Highway, most of the places I've looked at have a rental rate of $ 400 one. Does anyone know of a company hire a decent but cheap way? or have any other suggestions on how to get there? thanks

They are all more or less the same as, but I thought were the best deals to get one when you are there instead of pre-reservation. The larger companies are nothing to hire a way and the airport other airport functions well. Never make the drive, however, but one on my list. A bicycle would be better for me, however.
