Car Rental Company is a good place to work?

I have a phone interview today for a position with the Management Training Program in FL. I heard the management training program is intense, with long hours and crazy. Is that correct? I'm fine with the long hours and crazy. I just want to know it will be worth at the end. The company is a good company to start a career? Give me some tips or advice if possible. Thanks

I do not think well. Google should work on the company, and all sorts of things will come up. Is supposed to work without stopping — 45 to 50 hours a week. I had an interview with them and then reading about all that I canceled! It scared me away. lol
