Renting a car from the Las Vegas Airport – any suggestions?
Going to Vegas in June and thinking about renting a car. There will be my husband and I and we are taking our daughter, 2 nieces and a nephew. I’d love to take them sightseeing to the hoover dam. Should we rent a car or take a tour bus? Also – any suggestions on what rental company to use. Thanks!
Its expensive to pay per person for tours on a bus, especially when you’re talking 4 kids. We are staying at a very nice place with a pool and play areas for kids, which is how we’ll spend our days. At night I plan on taking the bus with them to see the different shows infront of the casinos. And they all love shopping so that shouldnt be a problem hard to solve.
rent the car and you will be so happy.
convenience and with kids you can stop at the convenience store for candy and sancks.
tour bus is a rip off.
go to the dam and also go to Boulder City. they have a free museum
also the kids will love boulder city at they have so many fast food and mexican restaurants. and walking and cafes and outdoor dining.
the bus from the airport to the care rental is great and fast and back when you go home
you will not be disappointed.

Las Vegas Car Rental Hertz?
I'm going to Vegas tomorrow, and I'm renting a full – size Hertz car. I was told to travel in transport in Terminal 1 and 2 (a, I guess) which I am transporting the car rental center. I have a quick – Lunch at the airport so that I do not have to spend much time waiting, but I'm worried I might miss the shuttle. How do the shuttles? Do not leave w / me or do not have? How long to wait? How How often arrive at the airport to pick me up?
No worry. Go ahead and have lunch if desired. However, there are a lot of choices for eating well at the airport. If I were you, I would wait until I got to the city for lunch. The car rental buses do not expect you. However, running continuously for the day. If you miss one, just wait – the next will be getting in a few minutes. All you have to do is look for signs that you head to the ferry wait for the sign, and climbing.

One Way Car Hire in Las Vegas to San Francisco?
Any ideas for companies to hire good to pick up in Las Vegas and back in San Francisco – without leaving office. Do we need a car with good ac (is it hot in September?) – Thanks
It will not be super hot this time the year, but the cars do not / will come with A / C. If you are looking for a simple car the cheapest way to do this is Avis. Enterprise and Budget are almost the same price but I personally have had the best experience with Avis. I usually ask for an economy car and always find a way for me to update for free at all times.
